This was my first time going on a trip with Umesh and Sheila and also my first trip to Nepal. Nepal is a beautiful country with many temples. I liked Nagarkot the most. I liked the weather, nature and it was like heaven to me. I liked paragliding. I enjoyed the company of everyone in the group; sharing experiences about our journey. This Retreat also allowed me to detach from my family and to practice awareness. I experienced a lot of emotions and released a lot of stuff. I did not experience much during the meditations, but I know it is there, just waiting for the right time. The whole trip was fun. Thank you, Umesh and Sheila, I love you.

I knew about these Workshops through Stephen. Before I attended this Workshop, I was wondering if this would be the same as other workshops I had attended, and if whatever I got out of it would be the same. These courses have helped me to be more aware of the 'self' in me.
