I came seeking for a cure. I think the cure is within my mind and I would like to find it. I feel a sense of clarity. Basic Meditation Course

Before this course, I was very sad and worried a lot about my son because I saw and felt he was very unhappy and I had no idea what happened to him. I do know that his work is very stressful but I felt something inside him was blocked, so when someone introduced us to The Golden Space, we decided to come for consultation first. Basic Meditation Course

I decide to attend the "Awaken-The Divine You" workshop to be held over a week in Bangalore, India. It was conducted by our teacher-Umesh H.Nandwani. Apart from having a need to be there, I had no expectations. What happened over a short period of a week blew my mind away. The place where we stayed -The School of Ancient Wisdom - is a magical place. It's literally a piece of paradise, heaven on earth. Its liked stepping into another dimension. It's simply breath-taking. The people, food and ambience were great. I have also discovered that as a group, we had great synergy. We were simply having fun learning, discovering and sharing every moment, every day. I am so sorry to say that some of my experience can't be put into words. Its beyond description. However, I am not sorry for having gone on self-discovery trip with Umesh. He believes in the goodness of everyone, and knows that each of us has the potential to go way beyond our human-selves. Before this course, I was worried and sad. I learn something that I have never come across before, meditation, energy. I have learnt from the course how to keep myself at peace, calm and love myself before I love others close to me. The trainer is very friendly and the course structure for today was excellent. Nepal was a country I had never put on my list before. And I strongly believe that the "Awaken ~ The Divine You"^® program brought me to Nepal; both for the highest good of oneself, even to the world! Around us, we have lots of teachers or people who care to teach us. It's up to us to accept or not; even accept it with awareness or not. If you are most of the time unhappy, bored, dissatisfied, feel low and get mad over issues in your life, go find out the answer why. Face it after you get the answer. I knew about these Workshops through Stephen. I was blank and came with a blank page to see what I could learn. This Workshop has been empowering. It helped me discover the problem that had been deeply buried within so that I forgot and thought I was already at peace with it.
